Mr. Freeley has successfully argued numerous appeals before the Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Published cases include Commonwealth v. Grant, 418 Mass. 76 (1994)(first-degree murder) and Commonwealth v. Walker, 421 Mass. 90 (1995)(armed robbery); Commonwealth v. Duffy, 36 Mass.
